Next season will feature the story Perfect Square written by local author, Michael Hall. This unique story is perfect for preschool and kindergarten-aged children (4-5). The music is specially commissioned by the FRIENDS of the Minnesota Orchestra and composed just for this program. Minnesota Orchestra trumpeter, Charles Lazarus, composed the score and we know children and adults will love it!

Kinder Konzerts is an award-winning music education program. Children participate in guided sound factories where they explore musical concepts and try instruments like a snare drum, violin, and cello. After the sound factory children sit on the Orchestra Hall stage where a small ensemble of Minnesota Orchestra musicians greet them, introduce their instruments with creative introductions, and play music. The on-stage experience culminates with the featured story narrated to the featured composition.

When ready to register please fill out the entire form and be as flexible as possible with date and time choices. Our goal is to get everyone in next season and to do that we need everyone to register as early as possible. Once the bulk of registrations have been received we will work out the final schedule (approximately end of June) and confirm your date and time.

Please be as accurate as possible with your anticipated registration numbers. In September after classes start we will ask for an update with numbers. The update you give will serve as your minimum billable numbers. Its okay if you still need to adjust your numbers (and please let us know!) but your invoice will reflect at least the minimum you registered and confirmed for. We hope this provides some flexibility to update but keeps us whole in case of last minute changes.

Please let us know in the notes section if you have any special needs and we are happy to work with
you.
