Integrating Music into the Preschool Classroom
Ask an expert
You are invited to a very special virtual program just for educators of young children Pre-K through 1st grade.
Spend 120 minutes with FRIENDS of the Minnesota Orchestra’s Education Consultant and Kinder Konzerts Narrator Katie Condon and learn about fun and engaging ways to encourage music-making in your classroom, with your students. Using music in the classroom helps establish routines, creates a sense of community and cooperation between classmates, promotes the development of executive function, and helps build fundamental music skills. It’s also tons of fun!
- Saturday, April 24th from 9-11:00 AM CST
- Tickets are $15/person
- Because this is a virtual event, participants can dial in from anywhere! Please consider inviting out-of-town educators
- This program qualifies for Clock Hours Certificate
